Please reach us on 01623 202080 if you cannot find an answer to your question. Please do not use our job application or singer enquiry forms.
We serve breakfast daily from 8:30am until 11:30am with last bookings for breakfast at 11:00am. There is then a break in service from 11:30am until 12:00pm where the main menu starts at 12:00pm.
We strictly do not allow babies and children under the age of 12 in the venue after 6pm. Please note that we do not have a children's menu.
Yes we take bookings either via our booking page here on the website or by calling 01623 202080. You may book online for tables of up to 8 people however for larger bookings, please call the restaurant so that someone will be able to discuss availability and options. If a time doesn't show online, then unfortunately that means we are fully booked for that time period.
Yes we have seating around our amazing cocktail bar for walk ins but also tables for you to book should you just fancy sampling our drinks menu.
Unfortunately, no dogs (other than guide / assistance dogs) are allowed inside the building. There are some tables outside where all dogs are welcome however we ask that they do not interrupt other diners around the area.
Yes we do! There is an access ramp from the car park up into the building and also a wheelchair friendly WC. Please advise at the time of booking should you require a wheelchair friendly table.
Our menus include items that are gluten free, dairy free and nut free. If you have one of the 14 major food allergens and require assistance then please ask a member of our team to assist you. Although dishes may not contain the allergens you are allergic to and although we have processes in place to avoid cross contamination, we cannot 100% guarantee that cross contamination will not take place.
Our menus include items that are suitable for vegans and will be clearly marked on the menu. If you are still unsure whether or not an item is vegan friendly then please ask a member of staff for assistance.
Although our menus include dishes and items similar to our sister venue, The Dog & Duck, a lot of our speciality dishes and small plates can either be quick to cook or may take a little longer. Ordering as a group means you can all enjoy the dishes together as they come out rather than waiting for the whole order. We shall always aim to get all of your dishes out as quickly as possible but please be aware that there can be a delay during our really busy periods; especially at weekends or during a special event.
We do electronic vouchers with a variety of designs to suit your needs that can then be emailed to your recipient or directly to yourself. This is an environmentally friendly alternative to single and limited use plastic cards. Electronic vouchers may be purchased via this website.
We will happily sit you inside should the British weather take a turn for the worst however we cannot guarantee a table inside if we are fully booked. We also cannot move you to inside should you have a dog with you unless this is a guide / assistance dog.
Unfortunately, sometimes things don't go to plan and mistakes happen. We will of course endeavour to make sure that any issues are rectified at the time of dining. If your complaint relates to issues with your food then we do ask that you take this up at the time of check backs from your server as there is not much we can do afterwards. Alternatively, if you have a serious complaint you wish to raise with us then please contact the restaurant by phone and not by email as we receive hundreds of spam emails a day from sales companies.
